Former lead guitarist and vocalist of British rock band Oasis, Noel Gallagher has recently commented on his forthcoming album.

After promising fans earlier this year that he was in the process of recording an entirely acoustic album, Noel recently stated that he’d actually “scrapped” it.

Speaking on Matt Morgan’s podcast, Gallagher said: “I’ve scrapped the acoustic album finally, can’t f*cking do it anymore.”

“It was too down. Acoustic tunes tend to be quite down. [...] Sorry, everyone. I do apologize if anyone had their hearts set on it.”
